The Teckwave Standard Ice Bath is a compact cold plunge that fits a balcony, garage gym or bathroom corner. It pairs a 135 cm tub with a chiller, so you can plunge at the same temperature every day without buying ice.

- Compact tub measuring 135 × 76 × 62 cm in durable military-grade PVC.
- Cools to 3°C and heats to 42°C for cold and contrast therapy.
- Triple filtration with ozone treatment, a 20-micron filter and a mesh filter.
- Smart control and scheduling in the TECKWAVE app; assembles in about 20 minutes with pump, carry bag and insulation lid.
- Choose the ICE15 chiller for personal use or ICE25 for higher cooling capacity in hot weather.

Using your cold plunge
Fill the tub, let the chiller bring the water to your set temperature and keep the insulated lid on between sessions.
Lower yourself in slowly, legs first, and breathe steadily. Beginners can start with 1–3 minutes at a milder temperature and build up to 5–10 minutes; experienced users stay up to 15 minutes.
Speak to your doctor before cold-water immersion if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or are pregnant.
