الوصف
The Teckwave Barrel Ice Bath is an upright cold plunge: you sit deep in a round tub and submerge to the shoulders while taking up less floor space than a lay-down bath. A chiller keeps the water at your set temperature for daily use.

Using your barrel plunge
Fill the tub, let the chiller bring the water to your set temperature and keep the insulated lid on between sessions.
Lower yourself in slowly, legs first, and breathe steadily. Beginners can start with 1–3 minutes at a milder temperature and build up to 5–10 minutes; experienced users stay up to 15 minutes.
Speak to your doctor before cold-water immersion if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or are pregnant.
