Red Light Therapy Bed

The Restore Red Light Therapy Bed is an enclosed, whole-body red and near-infrared light bed. You lie inside, choose a preset on the touchscreen, and the light reaches the whole body at once instead of one area at a time.

How to use

Lie down inside the bed, choose a preset or set the session manually, up to 30 minutes.

Keep your eyes closed or wear eye protection. Shorter sessions done consistently work better than occasional long ones.

Avoid looking directly into the LEDs. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, photosensitive or take light-sensitising medication.
