Description
Backaldrin Red Velvet Mix is a complete cake premix for red velvet sponges, muffins, slab cakes and pound cakes in a 15 kg bakery bag. The 100% mix designation identifies a premix system rather than a small-dose flour improver.
Use the product's recipe for the additional liquid, fat and other ingredients; the 100% designation does not mean bake the dry mix on its own. Portion by weight for repeated batches and keep the bag closed in cool, dry storage.
