Description
Backaldrin Munich Bread Spice combines coarsely milled caraway, fennel, coriander and anise in a 5 kg pack for bread and rolls. The four-spice mixture adds aromatic seasoning to grain-based recipes.
Use to taste within the stated limit of 5 g per kilogram of flour, which is 0.5% of flour weight. Adjust within the product's recipe guidance for the strength desired. This is a seasoning ingredient, separate from a bread premix or dough improver.
