Frozen to release as much of the natural texture and flavor of the fruit. Applications in dessert to assembly, cooked dessert, insert, mousse, ice cream or sorbet, cocktail. How can we describe our frozen rhubarb compote? Well, it’s a true blockbuster dating back from the original assortment.
